Admission Arrangement

Acceptance	Direct Offer recipients may accept the offer within 10 working days after the day of Offer
Registration	Student registration must be completed within 14 working days after the day of Offer or before 21 July 2025 (whichever is later). Registration is on a first come first serve basis.
Refund of Fees	Acceptance Fee and 1st instalment of Tuition Fee are generally non-refundable unless an applicant has successfully registered to (i) a full-time UGC-funded undergraduate programme, or (ii) a full-time undergraduate programme subsidised under SSSDP. Application/Notification of refund must be sent in BEFORE the commencement of the new Academic Year. No refund is available after that. Proof of Registration must be provided in order to be considered for fee refund. An administration fee of HK$500 will be charged.

Remarks:

Tuition Fees are generally to be paid in 2 instalments before the start of the 1st and 2nd trimesters.
The tuition Fee of the Advanced / Professional Diploma in Property and Facilities Management could be paid in monthly instalments.
Tuition and fees are subject to annual reviews.
For eligible students only. The tuition fee after deduction of NMTSS is calculated based on the amount ($34,390) of subsidy in the 2024/25 academic year. The amount of subsidy in the 2025/26 academic year will be updated in the beginning of 2025. All subsidies will be subject to the final announcement by Education Bureau.
