Remarks:
- In general, Annual Tuition Fee is to be paid in 2 installments in each academic year.
- The Tuition Fee of the “Advanced Diploma in Property and Facilities Management” and “Professional Diploma in Property and Facilities Management” could be paid by monthly instalments.
- The Tuition Fee for Non-Local students is 1.5 times of the above specified.
- Tuition and fees are subject to annual reviews.
Admission Arrangement
| Acceptance | Applicants may consider accepting a place in the college’s courses within 10 days of receiving the “Direct Offer”. Applicants need to pay an “Acceptance Fee” to the college to indicate acceptance of the allocated place. Applicants who do not accept the allocated place will be placed on the waiting list. Applicants who pay the “Acceptance Fee” within 10 days will be given priority to complete the student registration process on a first-come, first-served basis. |
| Registration | Student registration must be completed within 7 working days after the day of Offer Acceptance, 3 working days after the DSE result announcement or before 1st August (whichever is sooner). Student Registration is on a first come first serve basis. Student Registration (not acceptance of offer) must be completed in order to secure the study place. |
| Refund of Fees | Acceptance Fee and 1st instalment of Tuition Fee are generally non-refundable unless an applicant has successfully registered to (i) a full-time UGC-funded programme, or (ii) a full-time programme subsidised under SSSDP. Application/Notification of refund reach us BEFORE the commencement of the new Academic Year. No refund is available after that. Proof of Registration must be provided in order to be considered for fee refund. An administration fee of HK$500 will be charged. |
